2. Services (Therapy, Coaching, and Nutrition Programs)

Because our services involve time-based appointments and personalized support, the following terms apply:

2.1 Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session or failure to attend a session may be subject to a late cancellation or no-show fee equal to the full session cost.
  • Emergencies and extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2.2 Refunds for Services

  • Refunds for therapy, coaching, or nutrition services are generally not issued once a session has been completed.
  • Prepaid packages or programs may be eligible for partial refunds for unused sessions if canceled within 14 days of purchase, provided no services have been rendered.
  • Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Physical Products (Supplements, Books, Wellness Tools, etc.)

3.1 Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in new, unopened, and unused condition, with all original packaging intact.
  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Include proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice).

For health and safety reasons, opened or used products, perishable goods, or customized items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

3.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will provide return instructions, including the return address and shipping guidelines.

Please do not send products back without prior authorization.

3.3 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

3.4 Refunds for Products

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Completed therapy, coaching, or nutrition sessions.

  • Refunds: 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Exchanges: Processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Customer support response: Within 2–3 business days of receiving your return request.
